Weekly Help Session
In addition to walk-in help and support, our new weekly help hour lets you drop in with questions about the CS computing environment — cluster access, job troubleshooting, environment and software issues, storage, Open OnDemand, or anything else systems-related. No appointment needed; just show up.
When & Where
Help hour is held Mondays at 12:30 PM in the Tea Room.
Schedule Changes
The day, time, or location may occasionally change — for example, if the systems staff are out (vacation, conferences) or the Tea Room is unavailable. This page is always the source of truth. Check here for the current schedule before heading over. Any changes — a moved session, a different room, or a cancelled week — will be posted below.
