The CS department tracks all equipment purchased by the department and works with the Treasurer's Office to issue asset tags. Please make sure to include any purchase order information, serial numbers, and model information when using the host registration form. This information allows us to keep updated information on equipment used in the department and to track that equipment during an audit. The information is also used to identify equipment under recall and to assist in case of loss or maintenance.
