Computer Science Order Request Form

Please complete this form to submit an order request. A staff member will be in touch to assist with your order.

Note that there are two ways that you can directly order items and avoid this form:

(1)    The majority of your everyday purchase requests can be made in Prime Marketplace. Faculty, staff, and students have access to the Marketplace. You can easily create a shopping cart and assign it to Joan McNamara (jm0468).  To access the Marketplace, go to https://prime.princeton.edu/. Next click on the  "Marketplace Shopper" tile.   You will find many familiar stores such as Apple, Dell, B&H, and Thorlabs. For detailed instructions with screenshots, review the Marketplace Shopper Reference Guide located at https://finance.princeton.edu/system/files/2019-09/RG_Marketplace_Shopper.pdf.

(2)    Faculty may use their University travel & expense credit card to order items under $2,500 such as books, professional memberships, conference registrations, and subscriptions (Slack, AWS, Grammarly). You should forward the receipt to receipts@concur.com and also e-mail the staff member who handles your Concur reports with information about which account to charge this to, and the business reason for your purchase.  Never order a computer, server, iPad, laptop, tablet, or similar device with a credit card - it is prohibited by the University!

IMPORTANT: Never use a University credit card for personal purchases or to pay individuals. The purchase of gift cards or gift certificates, hazardous chemicals or other hazardous materials, or computers is prohibited when using any University credit card.

All order requests for computers, servers, iPads, laptops, tablets, etc. must be submitted on this form.

Thank you!
